This is a song I feel the most myself at. Guitar and singing wise. Like I could show up and do this live at the drop of a hat.

The lyrics to this song with the exception of the "Is It Time Yet" title and refrain can be found on p. 95 of the book "The Phantom Tollbooth" by Norton Juster. But they're just common idioms, so my hope is there is no copyright issue. Artwork from the book, too. I kinda just made this song up to be a backup vocal demo.

This song is the product of a recent reverb bender. There are unpleasant side effects in the form of hiss, which is like a band member in this song. So... apologies. This is a lo-fi, analog endeavor, friends.

That and it shows some oomph as far as back up singing. I love music. And when I hear a band I like, truthfully, I want to be in the band. Singing is my main thing, so if you came across this for that reason, I feel that this recording has a good representation of my sweetness and sassiness and oomphiness vocally. Let me sing for you?
